OUR STORY

Founded in 2009, our firm has built successes on developing trusted advisor relationships and delivering innovative solutions that make a clear economic sense.
Our understanding of the markets in Indonesia and Asia allows us to look beyond the immediate need and see the actual business to measure the true value of the asset. As an investment holding, NorthCliff primarily focuses on activities in the Corporate Finance, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Capital Market Issuances, Infrastructure Financing and Debt Restructurings.

Our network varies from highly individual net worth groups to financial institutions, from local sources to overseas such as Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Distressed Funds and Strategic Investors. As a key part of the future strategic and business plans, our firm expands its focus on real estate investments, such as by acquiring several boutique and independent hotels with the goals of creating long term values and strengthening the core holdings.

Northcliff Group is one of South East Asia’s leading investment firm with US$ 180 million (IDR 2 Trillion) in assets under management through our expertise in distressed securities and assets.
